However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant staplewire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of submitting it. By submitting User-Generated Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize staplewire to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms.

staplewire reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of staplewire.info may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. In no event shall staplewire’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Staplewire. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. staplewire may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
